Missoldmortgageclaims.co.uk provides a regular source of mortgage industry news relating to matters which will have an affect on both new and existing borrowers. It contains expert opinion/s from senior industry contacts; these will be on regulatory matters such as the Mortgage Market Review (MMR) and how these may affect the lending sector in particular.

Our aim is to bring you breaking news from all trade bodies and regulators such as the Financial Services Authority (FSA), the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML), the Building Societies Association (BSA) and the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and ongoing issues relating to the "claims" sector within financial services are also covered.
